Elite Agro LLC was entrusted by the Abu Dhabi Government to secure food for the nation, maximising inbound food cargo flights and stabilising the supply and food prices in the local market. In just one month, EAG was responsible for consolidation and sale of almost 700,000 kilograms of various vegetables, fruits, meat, fish and other products sourced from different countries. As a direct impact the supply has provided lower retail prices that generated an average of 27-29% price savings for the end consumers.

The program will continue to bring in additional food supply with the inbound flights of Etihad to assure the nation a sense of security related to their access to quality and reasonably-priced food products.
