Elite Agro UAE and Al Foah Farm recently welcomed to their team five new permanent employees from Zayed Higher Organisation (ZHO) for People of Determination, becoming one of the first private companies in the agriculture sector to employ people of determination.

Through the partnership with ZHO known as ‘My Opportunity’, Elite Agro UAE’s program involved on-the-job training for thirteen trainees, spanned four months, and aimed to build specialist knowledge and skills in the UAE’s agricultural and farming industry. The comprehensive training forms part of Elite Agro UAE’s ongoing CSR program and commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion of all residents of the UAE.

The event included a welcome ceremony for the employees and their parents and was presided over by Abdulla Abdulalee Alhumaidan, General Secretary of ZHO, and Dhafer Alqasimi, General Manager Elite Agro UAE LLC.
